Chicken parfait served with homemade tomato chutney & toasted focaccia.
Mushroom & sage soup served with crusty bread.
Grilled halloumi bruschetta served with olive tapenade & cherry tomatoes.
Filo parcel filled with bean and Moroccan spiced tiger prawns.
Platter of warm breads, marinated olives, blush tomatoes, hummus, olive & balsamic oil
-served with or without Parma ham and chorizo.

Fillet steak, portobello mushroom & a choice of blue cheese or watercress & garlic sauce.
Smoked haddock & salmon crumble.
Hake fillet wrapped in parma ham with a roasted tomato sauce.
Duck breast, kale served with a bourbon, orange & honey glaze.
Slow roasted pork belly, hogs pudding, apple sauce, sage & cider cream sauce.
Moules Mariniere in a creamy white wine sauce served with crusty bread & rustic chips.
Butternut squash, sweet potato & blue cheese pie.
All of the above served with vegetables & dauphinoise potatoes.
